'SPACE JAM: A NEW LEGACY'
Rated PG for some cartoon violence and some language.
What it’s about: 25 years after the first “Space Jam,” LeBron James steps into Michael’s Jordans for this Looney Tunes powered sequel.
The kid attractor factor: Kids will definitely be drawn to this film filled with classic cartoons and popular sports stars.
Good lessons/bad lessons: Learn to embrace others as they are and pursue their own dreams. Being different is what makes us who we are.
Violence: The Looney Tunes are traditionally a fairly violent bunch, so their brand of cartoon mayhem is on full display: crashes, explosions, bonks, et al.
Language: Some beeped language.
Sex: None
Drugs: None
Parents’ advisory: This is a wild and crazy cartoon sports movie aimed at young audiences, but it might be a little much for very small children.

Rated PG-13 for violence, terror/peril and strong language.
What it’s about: A sequel to the 2019 horror flick “Escape Room” places winners in an increasingly dangerous series of traps.
The kid attractor factor: This PG-13 rated horror movie is the kind of entry-level horror film for teens because it’s suspenseful but not too gory or scary.
Good lessons/bad lessons: Rules were made to be broken.
Violence: Each escape room is filled with lethal danger and violence, including electrical shocks, lasers, quicksand, acid rain, drowning, fire, etc.
Language: Some swearing
Sex: None
Drugs: None
Parents’ advisory: Definitely too scary for kids, but perhaps fun for teens or tweens looking to try out the horror genre.
