The kid attractor factor: This is a cerebral horror film about trauma with some extreme imagery — it's not for kids in the least.
Good lessons/bad lessons: Hmm ... don't go on vacation alone?
Violence: There is some extreme gory imagery and body horror style violence. Some things you cannot unsee.
Language: Some swearing throughout.
Sex: Graphic nudity
