'THE INVISIBLE MAN'

Rated R for some strong bloody violence, and language.

What it's about: A new take on the classic monster archetype finds an abused woman stalked by a mysterious force she believes to be her ex-partner.

The kid attractor factor: Teens may be drawn to the horror suspense-thriller genre.

Good lessons/bad lessons: When no one else believes you, always believe yourself.

Violence: Some extreme and bloody images including stabbing, shooting, beating, etc.

Language: Some swearing throughout.

Sex: None.

Drugs: Prescription drugging.

Parents' advisory: Too violent and too many dark themes for younger audiences. Appropriate for mature teens only.

'GREED'

Rated R for pervasive language and brief drug use.

What it's about: A scathing satirical portrait of a British fast-fashion tycoon on the eve of his lavish 60th birthday celebration.

The kid attractor factor: Not much to attract the younger audiences in this arch political comedy.

Good lessons/bad lessons: Greed is bad, very, very bad.

Violence: A gory lion attack.

Language: Swearing throughout.

Sex: Some intimate moments and kissing.

Drugs: Drinking and other substances consumed.

Parents' advisory: Younger audiences will likely not be interested in this, but it's OK for teens.
