Famara Diedhiou wins praise from Bristol City for act of generosity before Charlton Athletic game

Bristol City star Famara Diedhiou has won praise on social media after an eagle-eyed fan saw him chatting with a Big Issue seller.

Ahead of tonight's game against Charlton Athletic, the Senegalese striker was spotted outside the co-op in Long Ashton on a cold and wet Wednesday morning.

A Robins fan going by the name of Pezza on Twitter saw the conversation and took a picture, revealing that Diedhiou chatted with the seller for five to 10 minutes before giving them a donation.
