Falkirk shed set alight as cops launch probe into 'suspicious' fire

A major police probe has started after a shed was set alight in Falkirk over the weekend.

Emergency services were called to Main Street, Camelon, at around 2:20am on Saturday June, 19, to reports of a fire.

Two fire engines and a number of cops were spotted in the area, with forensics sent to do a finger tip search.

No one was injured as a result of the fire, which is being treated as suspicious.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers were called to Main Street, Camelon around 2.20am on Saturday, June 19 to reports of wilful fire raising.

"Inquiries into the incident are ongoing."
