Falkirk's outdoor theatre set to return this summer

Pack a picnic, grab a chair and dress for the weather because Falkirk 's outdoor theatre is set to return this summer.

And that's not all, there'll be two new shows, with David Walliams’ best-seller novel "Mr Stink" taking to the stage at The Helix on Wednesday July, 7.

In addition to "Mr Stink" is "Wonder With Grimm" at Callendar Park on Friday July, 16.

If enchanting storytelling full of magic, puppetry, and music, as we enter into the fantastical world of the Brothers Grimm with altered endings and a modern twist - this one is for you.

Organisers have promised it'll take audiences on an adventure never to be forgotten.

Lesley O’Hare, Culture & Libraries Manager, said: "I am thrilled to see the return of open-air performances to our beautiful parks, after such a long time of no live theatre.

"I'm sure these performances will be a hit with the local community and to those visiting Falkirk over the school holidays."
