Falkirk's Callumn Morrison undergoes knee surgery in London

Falkirk 's Callumn Morrison has undergone knee surgery in London after suffering an injury during the Bairns defeat to Queens Park earlier this month.

The midfielder has been out of action since and being assessed by the clubs medical team he was sent for a scan.

The club then took further medical advice through a knee specialist where it was advised that Callumn should undergo surgery, which took place in London yesterday Wednesday September, 22.

Callumn's surgery is believed to have gone well.

In a statement Falkirk FC, said: "We hope Callumn can return to training in the near future to continue his recovery with the aim of being available for selection in December.

"Everyone at Falkirk FC wishes Callumn a speedy recovery and we look forward to seeing him back wearing the navy blue."
