Falkirk cops seize car after driver is found to have no licence or insurance

Police in Falkirk were left a little surprised when they stopped a car to find the driver had no licence.

Officers pulled the motor over on Bog Road in the town on Monday February 28, because of the manner of driving.

The 58-year-old man was found to have no licence and was driving on a Provisional Licence.

He also had no insurance for the vehicle.

Both the driver and registered keep were later reported to the Procurator Fiscal.

Taking to Twitter, Falkirk Police said: "On 28/02/22 Falkirk response officers stopped this car on Bog Road, Falkirk due to the manner of driving.

"Checks showed the 58 year old male driver was not insured and was a provisional licence holder.

"Car seized & the driver and registered keeper reported to the PF."
