Falcons WR Julio Jones ‘should be good to go’ vs. Cardinals

The Arizona Cardinals will host the Atlanta Falcons this weekend in Week 6 and one of the toughest matchups they will have is against receiver Julio Jones. However, his availability for Sunday’s game was partially in doubt when he missed practice with a hip injury and was limited on Thursday.

The Cardinals have prepared like he is going to play and it appears his hip injury will not keep him out of the game against Arizona Cardinals.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, “it is not a major injury” and he “should be good to go.”

Jones has 26 receptions for 359 yards and four touchdowns this season.

The Cardinals, who normally would have Patrick Peterson to cover him primarily, will have to face him with a secondary that could feature as many as three rookies.

The Falcons and Cardinals play Sunday at 1:05 p.m. Arizona time on Sunday.
