Falcons Week 8 injury report: Matt Ryan, James Carpenter out Thursday

It’s looking more and more like Matt Schaub will start at quarterback for the Falcons on Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks.

Matt Ryan, Grady Jarrett, Ito Smith and Desmond Trufant all missed practice again on Thursday. Unfortunately for Atlanta, guard James Carpenter would join them despite practicing on Wednesday in a limited capacity.
