Earlier this week, Falcons coach Dan Quinn ruled out seven players for tonight’s preseason game against Washington. It’s a little over hour from kickoff and several more have been added to the unofficial inactive list.
According to the team website, the following players are out.

DB Damontae Kazee
LB Foye Oluokun
CB Kendall Sheffield
QB Matt Simms
WR Julio Jones
LB Deion Jones
OT Kaleb McGary
OL Ty Sambrailo
Simms is the most interesting name here. With him out, expect former Patriots quarterback Danny Etling to get some time in the second half.
