Falcons safety Keanu Neal believed to have torn Achilles

Falcon safety Keanu Neal just can’t catch a break. NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport is reporting that Neal is believed to have torn his Achilles tendon during Sunday’s loss to the Colts.

Neal, who is just 24 years old, is out for the year again. Prior to his past two season-ending injuries, he had established himself as one of the best strong safeties in the league.

Losing Neal is an absolutely devastating blow to this Falcons team going forward.
