The Falcons will have franchise quarterback Matt Ryan back on the field when they take on the Saints this Sunday in New Orleans.
Head coach Dan Quinn confirmed on Friday that Ryan, who’s been limited in practice, is good to go for Week 10.
As for the team’s No. 1 corner, Desmond Trufant, Quinn said he is a game-time decision with a toe injury. Trufant has missed the past three games, and the secondary has suffered because of it.
If Trufant can’t go on Sunday, it’ll again be Isaiah Oliver and rookie Kendall Sheffield starting at corner for Atlanta. Stay tuned for Friday’s full injury report later this afternoon.
