The NFL has adopted some rule changes at the owners meetings this week in Arizona. Topping the list is the ability to challenge pass interference penalties as well as non-calls. Given the way the NFC Championship (not to mention the Super Bowl) played out, the instinct to make critical plays like PI more review-able is an understandable one. On the downside, more challenges will inevitably lead to more commercial breaks and longer games.
