Falcons claim OT Timon Parris off waivers

Falcons claim offensive tackle Timon Parris (6-6, 320) last with Washington. Has appeared in four NFL games with six offensive snaps. We will see what these means for John Wetzel.

According to ESPN’s Vaughn McClure, the Falcons have claimed offensive tackle Timon Parris off of waivers from the Washington Football team. Parris, 24, is a 6-foot-6, 320-pound former undrafted free agent out of Stony Brook.

It’s unclear whose spot Parris will be taking on the Falcons’ 53-man roster. McClure suggest it could be backup offensive lineman John Wetzel who gets released.
