The Falcons need a win in the worst way on Sunday, but will have to do so without their No. 1 corner, Desmond Trufant, who is set to miss his second straight game with a toe injury.
Fortunately, the team got some good injury news as well with guard James Carpenter returning to practice on Friday.
Atlanta will host the Rams from Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Week 7, just days after they acquired star cornerback Jalen Ramsey from Jaguars. Ramsey is supposed to play Sunday, according to Rams coach Sean McVay.
