Nottingham Forest’s unbeaten Championship run came to an end on Sunday.
The Reds had gone 10 games without defeat in the league since their opening-day loss at home to West Bromwich Albion.
But their recent poor run at the DW Stadium was extended after a 1-0 defeat. That made it eight visits without a win.
Plenty of Wigan fans had their say on the game, and Forest, after. Here’s what they said on Twiter.

@mattlatics: Fail to see how Forest are a top six team, they were dreadful today.
@TheSumoGuy: When Forest were conquering Europe, Wigan, a town known for rugby, and neighbouring the likes of Utd and City, were getting elected to the football league in front of crowds of 2,000. Now we compete in the same league as you. No we’re not disappointed. We’re proud.
@NoseyLatic: Wigan Athletic the modern day Robin Hood of football, stealing 3 points from the BIG clubs for the smaller club.
@kris22902030: We’ll win at Derby Wednesday!
@carldean987: Why are we decent at home and not away! starting to do my head in now how bad our away form is.....
@kris22902030: Like I said earlier. If we could win away from home we’d win that league.
@David_McGrath11: Great 3 points today, @JoeWilliams0812 and Macleod bossed the midfield.
@LaticSloth: It's definitely been one of those weekends. Well done @JamzLowe on the performance and congratulations on hopefully the first goal of many four the Tics!
@dbsw1ftt: Big win, good performance, lets back it up with something against Derby !
@DannySmith86: Cracking win that! Up the tics!
