Two of the early-season pacesetters in the Leinster Senior League sit second and third respectively in Senior Sunday and have plenty of experience in this competition.
Mochta's beat Killester Donnycarney in a tightly-contested final at Tallaght Stadium last year, while Liffeys lifted the trophy in 2017 after edging out Cobh Wanderers on penalties.
Two more cross-Dublin ties will see Killester host Templeogue United, while Leinster Senior League champions Malahide United are at home to St Patrick's CY.
FAI Junior Cup champions Usher Celtic will host Park Celtic while Bluebell United are at home to Larkview Boys in the remaining all-Dublin ties.
Kilnamanagh and Collinstown face tough trips to Cork to face Carrigaline United and Leeside respectively, while Glenville face an arduous journey to Bonagee United in Donegal.
Last year's LSL runners-up Bangor GG are home to an in-form Edenderry Town outfit, while St Francis and Inchicore Athletic host Cork sides in Mayfield United and Leeds.
All ties will be played over the weekend ending Sunday, November 21.
