Rovers chairman Martin Heraghty and FAI National Council member Gerry McAnaney are the two candidates to be the association's new president.
The man who is successful at the FAI's EGM on Saturday next will succeed Donal Conway in the post.
Heraghty, who took over the role in Sligo four years ago, is a new face on the FAI board having been appointed to it last July.
McEnaney, meanwhile represents Football For All on the FAI National Council, having previously been the Defence Forces representative to the council. He previously served on the FAI's board of management.
McAnaney lost out to Paul Cooke in the association's vice-presidential election last summer.
