Three of the most popular social media apps have crashed for users across Europe and USA.
Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, all run by the same company, are having problems this afternoon, with pictures failing to display properly and other issues reported.
According to the Daily Mirror, each started failing around 2.49pm.
The reason for the outage remains unclear, although 82% of those who reported problems with Instagram said the issue was with the news feed, 11% with the website, and 6% with log-in.
Facebook, which owns the three sites, has yet to comment on the issue.
The problem is affecting users in Glasgow too - including Glasgow Live - so if you’re not seeing photos on our feed at the moment then you know why.
