Face of music legend Johnny Cash spotted in frozen Sligo waterfall

The face of country music legend Johnny Cash has been spotted in a frozen Sligo waterfall.

While it’s not quite seeing Jesus Christ on a slice of toast, the likeness of crooner Johnny Cash is easy to spot in this snap.

And the gas picture was even mentioned on RTE Radio One's Ryan Tubridy Show with the host delighted by what he was seeing.

The picture of the Man in Black was shared to Facebook, where more than 100 people commented on the post on the Friends of Ireland of a Thousand Welcomes page.

One Dubliner joked: "Johnny Splash".

One said: “Absolutely uncanny, that’s crazy.”

Another said: “Unbelievable, but yes I can.”

While another added: “Definitely Johnny Cash, great spot.”
