Celebrate the spirit of Christmas on Christmas Eve (24 December) with family and friends at Brasserie Europa’s fantastic festive feast.

This feast begins at the Raw Bar, offering three kinds of imported oysters with traditional condiments; steamed cold Atlantic lobster; snow crab; king crab; and queen scallops. The Foie Gras station features quality foie gras served with chutney and freshly baked brioche.

The Carving station includes honey-glazed smoked pork ham, served with Dijon and Pommery mustards, and roasted whole butterball turkey with chestnut stuffing, red cabbage, Brussels sprouts, giblet gravy, cranberry sauce and chipolatas.

The signature à la carte main courses, cooked à la minute and served at guests’ tables, include poached lobster, pan-fried lamb cutlet and Angus beef fillet. The special pass-around dish is slow-roasted Black Angus prime rib in a black pepper and shallot sauce, served with potato gratin.

This festive feast ends in style with traditional Christmas treats such as Dresdner stollen, German cookies and gingerbread, mince pies, plum pudding, cranberry linzer tart, traditional chocolate chestnut yule log, Christmas fruitcake, gingerbread Bundt cake, festive enhanced macaroons, gingerbread Bundt cake and homemade ice cream.

Live entertainment will add to the festive atmosphere at Brasserie Europa’s terrace on Christmas Eve.
