Does Fable offer free shipping?
Fable offers free US shipping on all non-furniture items. If you purchase furniture, the shipping price will be dependent on the product you choose.
When is the next Fable sale?
You can find great discounts during Fable's seasonal sales. Held in spring and autumn, we have seen discounts of up to 15% off sitewide. We recommend signing up for the brand newsletter to catch these sales when they appear.
Can I claim a Fable student discount?
Unfortunately, Fable doesn’t have a student discount code right now. However, you can save with our verified Fable discount codes and deals.
Does Fable offer a first responder discount?
Military and front-line workers can claim a 20% Fable discount code when they get in touch with their customer service team via help@fablepets.com. This code is available for military personnel, veterans, military spouses and dependents, nurses, doctors, firefighters, police officers, paramedics, teachers, and social workers.
What is the Fable return policy?
Fable offers 30 days to return any non-furniture items. Should you have to return your item after the 30 days, you will need to email customer service at help@fablepets.com. It’s important to note that a Fable dog crate is considered large furniture and cannot be returned.
