Fabinho explains what Liverpool stars Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino do differently to stay ahead

Liverpool star Fabinho has revealed Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino are in the gym "an hour early" every day to maintain their relentless and world-class level.

The midfield general also explained that captain Jordan Henderson and veteran James Milner are the two players responsible for motivating the squad.

The attacking triumvirate of Salah, Mane and Firmino is arguably the best in world football right now, while Henderson's leadership qualities and Milner's all-round professionalism have long been admired.

Henderson and Milner know how to transmit it (motivation). The team is receptive because it’s very professional. I know that professionalism presupposes this,” Fabinho told El País via the Daily Star.

“But for the team it’s incredible that their three stars, Mané, Salah and Firmino, are inexhaustible. They are an hour early in the gym every day. They always want more!”

The Reds are next in action against West Ham on Monday night where they will be looking to extend their lead at the top of the Premier League table and continue their furious attack on the title.

Manchester City reduced the deficit at the top to 22 points on Tuesday night but Jurgen Klopp's side know that five more wins will secure the domestic trophy - no matter what anyone else does.
