GOAL! Aston Villa 1-3 Peterborough

FA Cup: League One side Peterborough cause another upset, scoring a late, late goal at Villa Park to extend their lead. It’s a result and Aston Villa are out.

Result: Coventry 2-1 Stoke City

FA Cup: They’ve had a miserable time of it for the past 10 years, but supporters of the 1987 Cup winners get something to cheer about today - the League Two side have knocked Stoke City out of the FA Cup. It will interesting to see who Mark Hughes pins the blame on for this defeat. One thing’s for certain - it almost certainly won’t be himself.

GOAL! Wycombe 1-5 Preston

GOAL! Aston Villa 1-1 Peterborough

FA Cup: Jack Marriott equalises for Peterborough at Villa Park. Well, he equalised about 10 minutes ago, but other people keep scoring every time I try to make a note of his fine achievement.

GOAL! Manchester City 4-1 Burnley

FA Cup: Bernardo Silva gets his name on the score-sheet as Manchester City steamroller Burnley, who led at one point.

GOAL! Yeovil 2-0 Bradford

FA Cup: I’m bang on it this time: Jordan Green doubles Yeovil lead, with me writing it up before the ball has even hit the back of the net.

GOAL! Yeovil Town 1-0 Bradford City

FA Cup: Outrageous anti-Yeovil bias from your apologetic reporter. Marcus Barnes put them one up against Bradford some time ago, but I seemed to miss it.

GOAL! Manchester City 3-1 Burnley

FA Cup: Manchester City seem to have got over their early scare and have come from behind to lead Burnley 3-1 at the Etihad. Leroy Sane has made it 3-1 after Sergio Aguero’s quick-fire double.

  • Norwich City v Chelsea (5.30pm)

A red card at Molineux: Wolverhampton Wanderers are down to 10 men after Ruben Vinagre got a straight red for a tackle on Swansea City’s Nathan Dyer. It’s probably fair to say Vinagre will be sour about that.

GOAL! Newcastle 3-0 Luton Town

FA Cup: It’s all going Pete Tong for Luton Town at St James’ Park, where Jonjo Shelvey has surely put the game well beyond the League Two leaders.

More FA Cup goals ...

  • Ayoze Perez bags his second to make it Newcastle 2-0 Luton Town
  • Andre Carillo bags his and his side’s first to make it Watford 1-0 Bristol City

GOAL! Millwall 1-1 Barnsley

FA Cup: It’s all square at the Den, where Aiden O’Brien has levelled proceedings with a low drive into the bottom corner.

A glut of FA Cup goals ...

  • It’s Bournemouth 0-2 Wigan Athletic, with the League One leaders looking good for an upset. Nick Powell doubles the visitors’ lead with a free-kick.

GOAL! Coventry City 1-0 Stoke City

FA Cup: Sound the giant-killer klaxon! Well, labelling Stoke giants might be a bit of a stretch, but they’re a goal down to League Two side Coventry City at the Ricoh Arena, where Jordan Willis has headed home from a couple of yards out to give the home side the lead and riff on the pain of Stoke Manager Mark Hughes.

FA Cup: Salomon Rondon gave West Brom a second minute lead (sorry, I missed that one!!!) as the Baggies look for that elusive first win under Alan Pardew.

GOAL! Aston Villa 1-0 Peterborough United

FA Cup: Keinan Davis opens the scoring at Villa Park, where the hosts are entertaining League One opposition.

Middlesbrough v Sunderland kicked off at 2pm and at half-timer, it’s 2-0 to the home side at half-time, courtesy of goals from Rudy Gestede and Martin Braithwaite. Sunderland’s dire season shows no sign whatsoever of getting any better.

Fleetwood Town v Leicester City update

The League One side are currently holding their own, with the match still scoreless after 56 minutes. Scott Murray is covering that one.
