FA Cup semi-finals: Coin toss will decide kit colours for Watford vs Wolves clash at Wembley

Watford and Wolves will flip a coin on Thursday to decide who will get to wear their home kit for the FA Cup semi-final at Wembley on Sunday April 7.

Semi-finalists would usually wear their home kits as the match is played at a neutral venue.

However, Watford and Wolves have an issue as their home colours are too similar — Watford in yellow and Wolves in old gold.

The kit clash will now be resolved by a coin toss, as per the competition rules, during a meeting between the clubs and representatives from the FA, although the issue could be avoided if either club volunteer to wear their away strip.

The winner of their semi-final will play either Brighton or Manchester City in the final on May 18.

Watford beat Woking, Newcastle, QPR and Crystal Palace to advance to the last four, while Wolves toppled Liverpool, Shrewsbury, Bristol City and Manchester United.
