FA Cup prize money: How much Leicester City have made after beating Chelsea in final

Leicester City secured an impressive victory over Chelsea to reign supreme in the FA Cup.

Youri Tielemans fired home a superb second-half strike to seal the win for the Foxes as Wembley welcomed 21,000 fans into the national stadium.

Both teams cancelled each other out in the first half but the Belgian rising star brought the game to life with a stunning opener after the break.

Chelsea rallied as they looked for an equaliser and they almost got it when Ben Chilwell's goal was controversially ruled out by VAR.

Leicester have a piece of silverware to enjoy, their first ever FA Cup in the club's history, but also a nice financial windfall to go along with it.

The total prize fund for the FA Cup is £15.9 million which is distributed among all 188 teams that entered the competition.

Obviously, the further you go in the tournament, the more money you make, but how much exactly did Chelsea and Leicester earn?

Here's how much both teams raked in from the final and the tournament as a whole.
