The draw this year has thrown up the potential of some giant killings with Grimsby visiting Crystal Palace on Saturday.
Arsenal travel to League One Blackpool for Saturday afternoon's 5.30pm match.
Sunday sees National League South side Woking Town face Watford while Newport County welcome Leicester City in the day's late kick off at 4.30pm.
An all-Premier League clash at 7.45pm on Monday evening sees Wolves taking on Liverpool at Molineux.
