Hello and welcome to the Evening Standard's LIVE coverage of F1's 70th Anniversary Grand Prix at Silverstone.
The reshaped 2020 Formula One campaign continued at the iconic Northamptonshire circuit with Max Verstappen taking his first win of the season for Red Bull.
Mercedes dominated last weekend's dramatic British Grand Prix with Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas taking home a one-two.
But tyre temperature issues wreaked havoc for the constructors championship leaders and Red Bull's strategy allowed Verstappen to take the chequered flag after starting fourth.
Hamilton extends his lead at the top of the championship to 37 points after passing Bottas with two laps to go ahead of the next race in Barcelona.
Stay tuned for all the build-up and live race action, with today's proceedings beginning at 2:10pm BST...
