

EA Sports has released update 1.11 for F1 25, fixing a Monaco issue that stopped the two-pitstop rule from working as intended.
Time Trial has been tightened up, with stricter track limit rules to prevent minor infractions from slipping through. The update also brings new Season Two content, including the Sprint Race Revisited #2 scenario event in Miami 2025, which runs from August 20 to September 17.
The update also addresses a few vehicle specific issues, makes adjustments to facility upgrade balancing in My Team career mode and includes several smaller fixes noted in the patch notes.
Vehicles
- Fixed an issue where brake & wet weather lights were not visible when Path Tracing was turned on (PC only)
- APXGP cars now use the correct Mercedes engine audio in all game modes
- Added DRS Indicator light to the steering wheel of the APXGP cars
- Fixed an issue where a fully damaged Red Bull front wing would not visually appear fully damaged
Career
- Made improvements to the balancing of some Facility Upgrades in My Team career
Multiplayer
- Fixed an issue in multiplayer lobbies where if the host switches car category the Select Livery tab may not appear for others in the lobby

- Added support for the Turtle Beach VelocityOne

Miscellaneous
- Tyre compounds have been updated at Montreal, Silverstone and Spa to match their real-life counterparts
- Fixed a number of minor issues with the placement and appearance of numbers and sponsors in the Decal Editor
- Various other UI improvements

The development team has also acknowledged the ongoing feedback around AI acceleration, corner exits and wet weather performance on the official forums. They are currently working on improvements in these areas, with an update planned to roll out alongside Season 3 in mid-September if testing goes as expected.
