Ezekiel Elliott becomes even more lean and mean

It is no secret that former Ohio State football running back and current Dallas Cowboys star, Ezekiel Elliott had a terrible season in 2020 and hit career lows in almost every statistical category. His below-average play mixed with his extremely expensive contract have been a controversial topic lately.

Despite what the above tweet says, Elliott has not been eating much cake lately. Elliott is not unaware of his struggles last season and losing weight to become more trim has been a part of his journey this off-season. All reports out of the Dallas training camp have noted how much more explosive Elliott has looked and he has trimmed down by almost 20 pounds and now weighs just 218 pounds.

We all hope Elliott can return to his All-Pro form and Buckeye Nation will be pulling hard for one of its own!
