Extra tickets to go on sale for Westlife concerts in Belfast - all you need to know

Westlife have announced that extra tickets for their five sell-out nights in Belfast next month will go on sale this week.

The Twenty Tour kicks off in Belfast on May 22 and now fans who missed out on the first lot of tickets will have a second chance to snap them up.

Aiken Promotions say the extra tickets have been released for the SSE Arena gigs due to "an update on production plans", Belfast Live reports.

The reunion tour is officially the band's fastest selling ever, with 400,000 tickets sold in just 48 hours.

Westlife are doing YOGA to get in shape for their reunion tour

The huge demand for tickets has led to international tour dates being added to the band’s already packed summer schedule where they'll be touring Southeast Asia with 8 massive shows in July and August.

The boys who are back together in the recording studio and preparing for life back on the road, said:  “We’re going to give the fans the best tour we have ever done. So far, we are on track, giving everyone the best version of ourselves - we like to call it “Westlife 2.0”.

"We couldn't be happier with how the last few months have gone and we cannot wait for fans to hear the end results.”

The extra tickets for all five shows in Belfast will go on sale this coming Friday, May 3 from Ticketmaster outlets, online and via SSE Arena box office.
