Environmental campaigners Extinction Rebellion will be holding a public meeting to discuss climate change.

The talk will take place at All Hallows Church in Pierrepont Road, Lady Bay, on Tuesday January 14.

The event aims to raise awareness on environmental issues, "arm people with facts they can share", and look how issues can be addressed in Nottinghamshire.

The information will be delivered as a talk with time for questions at the end.

A statement on Extinction Rebellion's website said: "Climate change is often in the news. But just how bad are things really? And what can we do about it?
