Climate change protesters are being urged to cause "mass disruption" in their local area – with a one-person road block.
Extinction Rebellion have urged supporters in Scotland to "put their bodies on the road" in a lone action this week.
The Sunday Mail has seen further exchanges between protesters in their private messaging channel on chat app Telegram.
It outlines how followers are being told to take part in what’s called a "rebellion of one" at 11am on Wednesday.
Police are understood to be aware of the plans and are expected to monitor roadblocks.

Extinction Rebellion Scotland declined to comment.
