As part of the first anniversary celebrations of the Left Democratic Front (LDF) government, an exhibition-cum-marketing fair titled 'Ente Keralam' will be organised at the Pathanamthitta district stadium from May 2 to 8.
Prior to the event, a proclamation march will be organised on April 25 from the St. Peter's Junction, Pathanamthitta, to the Municipal Bus Stand. The event is being held to make the services and schemes of the government more accessible and also to offer real-time services.
The fair will have a total of 100 stalls, including 50 service stalls. Seminars, cultural events, food fairs, agricultural exhibitions, and techno demonstrations by various departments, too will be staged in this connection.
A committee for organising the event has been formed with Health Minister Veena George as its chief patron and president. District Collector Divya S. Iyer is the chairperson.
