The Architect Expo will return with a wide range of products for architecture, interior design and landscape architecture, at Impact Challenger Hall 1-3, Muang Thong Thani, from tomorrow until Sunday.
Organised by the Association of Siamese Architects under the royal patronage in collaboration with NCC Exhibition Organizer, the 33rd edition of what is hailed as the largest exhibition of architectural technology and construction material in Asean focuses on a "Living Green" theme to support an eco-friendly approach to architectural design with a view to achieving sustainable living.
The expo has two major zones. The exhibitor zone gathers more than 850 brands of architecture and interior supplies from 40 countries, including Thailand.
The activity zone is dedicated to themed exhibitions and activities. They include a Green Building Showcase featuring eco-architectural design by Asia's leading designers; Wisdom From 3 Regions In The Modern World, which finds a possible sustainable solution from old innovations; Go Zero Waste, which explores a life without waste; and Innovative Green Products, which presents a selection of environmentally friendly building materials.
Another highlight is the ASA International Design Competition 2019, looking for outstanding and original sustainable designs from architects and interested members of the public from all over the world.
There will also be workshops, an ASA clinic offering counselling to those who have problems with houses and house designs, as well as the ASA Forum 2019, with famous architects and designers as speakers.
