Explosive Emmerdale fallout as fans predict romance for Victoria and rapist's brother

Emmerdale fans are predicting a romance between Victoria Sugden and newcomer Luke - despite discovering that he is her rapist's brother.

Initially Aaron Dingle tried to protect Victoria by turning him away, however Robert's sister met up with him later alone.

As he was about to leave, Victoria spoke to Luke and the pair joked that it was "destiny" that they'd met again.

But Victoria added: "I'm not sure I believe in destiny."

"I believe you though," Luke said. "About Lee, what he did. But he's gone now and I don't really know what I'm supposed to feel about him."

"He was your brother," Victoria replied. "You wouldn't be human if you didn't miss him."

Luke responded: "I just don't know where it went wrong for him, why he was like that."

His bus soon arrived and he thanked her listening to him.

"Thanks for giving me the time of day," he said. "I'm nothing like him - it's important you know that."

"I know you're not," Victoria replied.

"Maybe we can throw caution to the wind and see where this 'destiny' thing takes us," he added, throwing her a meaningful look before hopping on the bus.

"Maybe," she replied.

One fan tweeted: "I actually really like Lee's brother. Wouldn't be surprised if he terrorised his little brother as well as women. He seems very quick to believe Victoria. #Emmerdale."

While another commented: "I think Victoria actually likes matey boy #Emmerdale."
