Explosive blaze video shows arsonist pouring liquid on Ballybrack pub's food stall before it bursts into flames

These are the dramatic scenes which shows an arsonist pouring liquid on a food stall at a Dublin pub just seconds before it bursts into flames.

Dublin Live can exclusively reveal that Gardai have launched a manhunt following the shocking scenes that took place at The Igo Inn pub on Military Road in Ballybrack this weekend.

CCTV footage from the pub shows a crazed fire-starter approaching the boozer just after midnight in the early hours of Sunday morning.

The arsonist can be seen splashing liquid, suspected to be petrol, on the food stall before fleeing the scene seconds before the fire explodes.

The blaze was caught on camera with the culprit still at large and Gardai are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.

A Garda spokeswoman told Dublin Live: "Gardaí are investigating an incident of criminal damage by fire which occurred on Military Rd, Killiney, Dublin on the 28 March."

He added: "No arrests have been made. Investigations ongoing."

Dublin Live has contacted the pub about the incident.
