Experts split on picking Panthers or Broncos for Week 14 matchup

The Carolina Panthers host the Denver Broncos this weekend. There doesn’t seem to be any consensus on who’s going to win among the experts.

Here’s who they’re picking for this Week 14 matchup.

ESPN: Broncos

It was a close call at ESPN, but Denver got five votes, while Carolina got four.

MMQB: Split

The Panthers and Broncos split three picks each at the MMQB.

USA TODAY: Panthers

Five out of seven experts at USA TODAY are picking Carolina this week.

CBS Sports: Broncos

Will Brinson has Denver winning, 21-17.

Sporting News: Panthers

Bill Bender has Carolina coming out on top, 23-20.

Pro Football Talk: Panthers

Mike Florio and Michael David Smith both picked the Panthers.

This is a tough game to call given how evenly matched these teams seem to be on paper. However, we think that homefield advantage and the extra week of rest should be enough to put Carolina over the top. Panthers 24, Broncos 21.
