Experienced Ulster 'A' squad named for Leinster clash at RDS

Ulster have named an experienced ‘A’ squad for Friday's inter-pro clash with Leinster 'A' at the RDS (kick-off 7pm).

Hooker and captain Adam McBurney is joined in the front row by Kyle McCall and Gareth Milasinovich who will make his debut for the club after joining in the summer of 2019.

David O’Connor and Kieran Treadwell make up the second row, while Ireland Under 20 captain David McCann will start at blindside with Marcus Rea at openside and Greg Jones at Number Eight.

New Academy arrival Ethan McIlroy will start at full-back, with Academy teammate Aaron Sexton and Craig Gilroy on the wings.

Matt Faddes is paired up in midfield with Stewart Moore, who signed a development contract with Ulster earlier this year.

David Shanahan and Bill Johnston have been named starting half-backs.

On the extended bench, Tom Stewart, Callum Reid, Ross Kane, Azur Allison and Reuben Crothers provide the forward reinforcements, and Lewis Finlay, Bruce Houston, Conor Rankin, and Hayden Hyde are the backline cover.
