Expected Spurs team vs Brighton: Stars come in from the cold as Pochettino makes 6 changes

Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has already told football.london about one switch he is going to make to his team selection at Brighton on Saturday.

Pochettino and his players were left humiliated by their 7-2 home defeat to Bayern Munich in the Champions League on Tuesday night and now need to get back on track.

With right-back Serge Aurier suspended, the Spurs boss has already decided on who will replace him at the Amex Stadium and it's not a defender.

"We have few options, I think Moussa [Sissoko] was very good playing one hour against Southampton with tough players like Boufal or Redmond. He did very well and that made me think a little bit that his option is bigger than other players," he told football.london.

On the other side Ben Davies could be handed a start to bring some fresh legs to the left flank.

The Tottenham manager must also decide whether how many of his players willl get the chance to redeem themselves or decide to give others with fresh legs a chance to show what they can do against a Brighton team with just one win so far this season in the Premier League.

The midfield may require fresh legs with Eric Dier missing out on another England squad as he waits for game time.

Here is the team we reckon Pochettino will choose:

(4-2-3-1) Lloris; Sissoko, Sanchez, Vertonghen, Davies; Dier, Ndombele; Lucas, Eriksen, Lamela; Kane.
