Expansion for Birmingham agency Davidson Estates

A Birmingham residential estate and letting agency has expanded into new offices.

Edgbaston-based Davidson Estates, which was founded in 2009 by Ben Davidson, has added a second office at Liberty Place, in Sheepcote Street, fuelled by an increase in demand for city centre living.

He said: "We see the residential market emerging from lockdown as an opportunity to grow our business.

"Liberty Place is perfect for us and we are very pleased to have secured a footing in the rapidly expanding city centre market in Birmingham.

"We are pursuing other areas such as the build-to-rent lettings and management sector and our move into the city centre will give us the presence we need in this key market."

The company was advised on the move by Jewellery Quarter-based commercial property agency Siddall Jones.

Managing director Edward Siddall-Jones added: "This is a bold move by Ben and his team and we wish them well with their expansion plans.

"We share the vision of seeing the coming months as an opportunity and we are seeing a strong market for business property in Birmingham."
