Exo members Kris Wu, Lu Han and Z. Tao reunite on Chinese TV version of Korean reality show Produce 101, six years after leaving K-pop group

The reunion on Produce Camp 2020 last Saturday comes about six years after they left the group. The show is produced by Chinese tech giant Tencent, which bought the rights to Produce 101 and rebranded it for the Chinese market.

Produce 101 is famed for producing the girl band I. O. I in 2016 and boy group Wanna One in 2017.

Lu Han and Z. Tao will regularly appear on the programme as mentors, while Kris Wu was a special guest.

The trio made their debut as Exo members in 2012, and the group rose to stardom with their 2013 breakthrough hit Growl. Wu and Lu Han left in 2014, while Z. Tao followed in 2015. Since their departure, the stars have been forging their own successful singing and acting careers in China.

Lay Zhang is now the only Chinese member of Exo.
