"Leaving No One Behind: Indigenous Peoples And The Call For A New Social Contract" is the theme of "You Me We Us", an online exhibition that explores diversity through stories of various ethnic groups within the Kingdom.
Held to mark the International Day of the World's Indigenous Peoples, which falls annually on Aug 9, the exhibition tells engaging stories through writings, photographs, and videos that reflect the lives, culture, and challenges faced by ethnic groups in Thailand.
It highlights the importance of genuine participation to promote equal opportunities and respect for all human beings' rights, dignity, and freedom. This goes in line with its main goal of building a concrete and mutual understanding between people, including those from ethnic groups and the State.
The exhibition is hosted by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), in collaboration with the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Anthropology Centre, the Inter-Mountain Peoples Education and Culture in Thailand Association and the Council of Indigenous Peoples in Thailand, with the support from the European Union.
Some exhibited works are products of interviews conducted with the subjects, while others have been produced by the subjects themselves. A portion of the works can be attributed to the "creative and strategic communication for sustainability" workshops, a UNDP project designed to equip those from ethnic minorities with the necessary skills to communicate their stories to the world.

The exhibition is aimed to serve as a voice calling out to the people in society to learn more about diversity, and inspire them to explore the roots of "you", "me", "we" and "us". By questioning themselves, they might understand what imposes limitations in the lives of members of ethnic groups.
