Rosanna Davison is leaving the maternity hospital where her new baby was born through surrogacy.
The Irish model posted a picture of the happy trio on Instagram, where she said they were ready "to begin our new life together as a family of three".
The black and white photo shows swaddled Sophia being held by Rosanna and husband Wes Quirke, with a cot in the background.
Ros didn't leave her dogs out of the social media post either.
She said: "Leaving the maternity hospital today to begin our new life together as a family of three.
"(But Leo & Ted make five - can’t forget about the fur babies) #oursurrogacyjourney #babymakesthree."
Earlier, she posted on her Instagram story: "I am not an early bird or a night owl, I am some form of permanently exhausted pigeon.
"Day 3 vibes. But loving every moment with Sophia and wouldn't change it for anything."
