Malin Andersson left the hospital looking exhausted after a gruelling overnight shift at a care home in London.
The former Love Island star, 27, has returned back to work as a carer to work part time with elderly people who need help amid the pandemic.
And the former reality TV star was decked out in her nursing uniform as she looked fatigued as she was leaving the care home following a tough night.
While the NHS are crying out for helpers, Malin revealed that she would have felt beyond useless if she had of just watched the dedicated frontline staff suffer through the long hours and heartbreaking shifts without playing her part.

Malin is throwing herself into the deep end as she cares for some of the most vulnerable and high risk patients.
She tucked her brunette locks into a low bun and had minimal makeup on for her shift.
Back in March, she revealed her return in the carer field of work in a lengthy Twitter statement.

She penned: "So I've decided to return to my former job as a carer throughout this horrible period. For those that don't know I became a carer for the elderly/palliative care after my mum died and it brought me so much satisfaction.
"I can't sit at home on my own anymore knowing I have training within the sector. My heart hurts for them, and if I can give something more then what I'm doing - then I am satisfied.
"I'm blessed to be able to work from home and that I'm financially free. I have a roof over my head. I have food."

She added: "But with all of that something is still missing-that's me sat here healthy knowing I can do more. Giving to others fills a void that material things can never bring."
Malin revealed that her job is beyond rewarding and fulfilling as she mainly cares for the elderly now.
"I decided on a huge career change and became a carer. Caring for my mum gave me such a huge amount of appreciation for my life, it let me view reality through a different lens and it taught me to be selfless."

She added: "The sad truth is that it escalated the harsh fact that I had lost my mum. I would work 12 hour shifts to block pain whilst trying to find a balance of giving back and getting the satisfaction of being able to put a smile on someones face.
"My income was also still not matching my outgoings but at the time It wasn't a concern.
"I ended up caring for around 10 months before I fell pregnant and then obviously another series of unfortunate events began."
