Glasgow recruitment specialist Solutions Driven has opened its first US office under newly appointed executive partner Todd Maners.
The firm, which was founded 20 years ago, decided to set up a base in Charlotte, North Carolina, after its American client base grew to 60% of its business. Solutions Driven sources candidates for executive positions and has successfully filled positions in 54 countries.
Maners is from North Carolina and has spent 17 years in US recruitment. He has extensive experience in organisational talent strategy, technology and executive-level hiring, and has held senior positions at Fortune 500 companies Colfax and SPX Flow.

Maners will aims to build strategies for the US market, expanding the US client base and helping existing clients improve their executive recruitment.
