Bigg Boss 16 is now extended till February and the contestants of this season are all pumped up to enjoy some more time in the house. But on the other hand, Vikkas Manaktala who entered the house as one of the wild card contestants along with Sreejita De, has been evicted from the show.
While some would have expected the eviction, for Vikkas, it came as a surprise. After he came out of the house, he spoke to us exclusively. "I wasn't expecting to be evicted this week. It may have crossed my mind once or twice, but I wasn't really expecting it. I have spent around three weeks in the house and I have had a good journey so far. So yes I was surprised, but I will get to spend new year with my family," he said.
Does he feel that he didn't get a chance to show your full potential? "When I entered the show, people saw that I wasn't keeping well for a few days. After I recovered, I needed some time to understand the situation in the house and the people, especially because I was a wildcard and didn't join them from the start. So there was definitely more that I could have done, but I had a good time in the house doing the tasks and talking to people. In the last two tasks, I felt targetted. They didn't allow me to perform because they had formed their own groups and together they teamed up against me. But I tried to get a chance in those tasks. Overall, my journey on the show was not what I had expected it to be. It was quite different from what I had imagined."
Vikkas has been part of TV shows like Jhansi Ki Rani, Laal Ishq and Left Right Left. He was last seen on the show Namah in 2019.
