Bigg Boss 13 contestant and actress Madhurima Tuli is upset that the frying pan incident which took place in the Bigg Boss house almost two years ago is brought up every now and then in different ways on various mediums. The incident saw Madhurima hit her ex-boyfriend Vishal Aditya Singh with a frying pan after they had an ugly fight. Recently on Khatron Ke Khiladi 11, a similar funny scene was recreated with Vishal, who is one of the contestants, where Maheck Chahal hits him with the pan.
This has upset Madhurima and she even put out a video on Monday expressing her hurt and urging the channel not to recreate such things.
When we reached out to Madhurima about this, she said, "My family gets affected by all of this. I remember at that time when my mother would see people making fun of the frying pan episode, she would get deeply affected by it. I was impacted too. I was thrown out of the show because of that and it affected me badly. I went on a guilt trip after that. While people have been making a joke out of it, they don't realise that it has affected my career. It has changed people's perception of me. I guess they don't understand that the show is such and situations are such that they give rise to controversies of this kind."
Madhurima also added that barring a few contestants from Bigg Boss Season 13, most are not in touch with each other. "Everyone had issues and there were so many fights during that season, yet I was singled out," she said. She added, "It's time people forget about it and move on. It was a mistake but people should stop joking and stretching the incident. Why do you want a person to feel guilty continuously when it's over? It hurts me. Everyone makes mistakes but we have to let people move on."
Ask her if she discussed the recent Khatron Ke Khiladi scene with Vishal and she said, "No, I am not in touch with him at all."
