Newcastle United handed an Under-18 debut to exciting youngster Bobby Clark.
The youngster, who is still just 14, has excelled through the youth ranks and already starred for Ian Bogie's Under-16 side this season.
But he was promoted to Neil Winskill's Under-18 side on Saturday and came on as substitute for the closing stages in a 2-1 defeat at West Bromwich Albion.
Clark - the son of former Newcastle star Lee Clark - is regarded as one of the most promising youngsters in the club's youth system.
He has already won England caps at Under-15 level and scored goals galore for Newcastle at Under-15 level last season.
The Magpies handed him a scholarship earlier this year and he is expected to get more opportunities in United's Under-18s this term.
